When we look back at all of the hard work, care and consideration that you, Mike, your kids, and your team provided us during this past year I know that we couldn’t have done it without you folks.  You should feel very proud of the services you provide, your professionalism and patience, especially when many of your clients are generally in a state of distress and denial.  More importantly, we now have a friendship that I hope will continue beyond the closing date of the property.
