FEES FOR SERVICES

DOWNSIZING

• A minimum fee of $50.00 includes a consultation up to 2 hours. Anything Organized will provide services at the rate of $25.00 per hour.
• Services include: sorting items for packing, donating, putting into a sale, or purged.
• The cost of all supplies (ie: boxes, storage totes, trash bags & packing supplies) will be the responsibility of the client

ESTATE / DOWNSIZING SALES

• A minimum fee of $50.00 includes a consultation up to 2 hours.
• Fees for organizing and running a sale are based on an individual basis
• Services include: sorting & cleaning items, pricing items, transportation and setting up of tables, tents, shelves, etc…, after sale cleanup and donating or disposal of left over items
• The cost of supplies (dumpster charges, trash bags, table / tent rental & newspaper ads) will be the responsibility of the client

STAGINIZING

• A minimum fee of $50.00 includes a consultation up to 2 hour. Anything Organized will provide services at the rate of $25.00 per hour
• Services include: arranging furniture & wall decorations, helping to reduce clutter, shopping for decorating items, painting, coordinating landscaping needs & arrange for cleaning services
• Anything Organized has limited items that clients may rent to stage their home. These items are rented on a 60 day minimum contract. Items are rented for 40% of retail value

ORGANIZATION OF HOME OR OFFICE

• A minimum fee of $50.00 includes a consultation up to 2 hour
• Anything Organized will provide services at the rate of $25.00 per hour
• The cost of all supplies (ie: storage bins, baskets, shelving) will be the responsibility of the client
• Services include: layout of area to be organized, cleaning, sorting, shopping for supplies & installation of shelving

MOVING SERVICES

• Anything Organized will provide packing services at the rate of $25.00 per hour
• The cost of all supplies (ie: boxes, tape, bubble wrap, wrapping paper) will be the responsibility of the client.
• Services include: sorting items for packing, wrapping and packing boxes, labeling boxes, organizing boxes for loading.

CLEANING SERVICES

• Anything Organized provides cleaning services at a rate of $25.00 per hour. This rate includes cleaning supplies. Client is responsible for the cost of stove top drip pans & light bulbs

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fees will be applied at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for drive time to jobs in excess of 25 miles from our office in Monmouth, OR.
